SBM is currently looking for a CRM & Marketing Coordinator to support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Sales & Marketing activities impacting our revenue generation goals for our Strategic Plan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Sales & Marketing team while developing your business acumen. The CRM & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the management and analysis of CRM data sourced from Deltek Vantagepoint by running, analyzing and presenting relevant data to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role will provide support for marketing initiatives and events, contributing to campaign execution, event coordination, and other marketing activities that enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
This position may be based out of our London or Kitchener Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to determine business needs related to our CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint) and how our CRM system can be optimized to meet our strategic business plans.
  • Manage, maintain and update CRM (Vantagepoint) system, ensuring accurate client data and tracking interactions.
  • Maintain CRM (Vantagepoint) system users, profiles, permission sets, and other admin related tasks.
  • Create and deliver training to end-users on CRM processes, data entry, and priorities.
  • Implement and build reporting to analyze the performance of various aspects of the CRM and various Sales & Marketing Initiatives.
  • Optimize the full functionality of the CRM (Vantagepoint), identify critical and new features
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote SBM's services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop, support and implement marketing campaigns and events
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content updates, and email campaigns.
  • Create and maintain FAQ and training documents for internal use.
  • Work with external vendor(s) to ensure proper backups and data syncs are working effectively, in addition to identifying errors and root cause issues/bugs to ensure efficiencies

Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of applied experience working with CRM systems, direct experience with Deltek Vantagepoint would be considered an asset.
  • Post secondary education in a relevant business, customer experience, CRM, marketing, digital marketing or sales management program.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Canva would be considered an asset.
  • Experience designing and building customer centric communications and solutions
  • Knowledge of print, in-person, online and digital marketing methods, and best practices.
  • High level of technical literacy in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in business processes related to client management/marketing/sales in an engineering Architecture, construction, and/or professional services firm would be considered an asset.
  • Computer Skills and Database Management (MS Office, Deltek Vantagepoint).
  • Ability to work well within a team, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to adapt
  • Some travel to support client events within Ontario and after core hours, may be required
