Were looking for a Campaign Manager to spearhead new customer acquisition and expansion marketing efforts across the Canadian market. As part of our high-performing Growth & Integrated Marketing team, you'll work cross-functionally to craft and execute dynamic campaigns that generate demand, drive pipeline, and fuel revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and collaborative marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys translating business goals into bold, cohesive marketing strategies. The role is based out of our Toronto office and operates in a hybrid capacity.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting both new prospects and existing customers
  • Drive pipeline creation and influence revenue outcomes by owning campaigns focused on new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to align campaign messaging and develop sales plays, digital offers, webinars, and direct mail programs
  • Use campaign data and insights to measure performance, optimize strategies, and report progress to key stakeholders and sales leaders
  • Align messaging and touchpoints to the buyer journey and customer lifecycle to ensure targeted, timely, and relevant engagement
  • Collaborate with inbound and performance marketing teams to test new channels, improve conversion rates, and increase marketing-sourced ARR

What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS growth/demand generation marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, webinars, digital ads, events, and more
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey, pipeline generation, and sales collaboration
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Passion for marketing strategy, campaign execution, and delivering measurable results
