The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Toronto team and play a key role in driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering top-tier technology talent to some of the country's most recognized brands.

What You'll Be Doing
Developing new client relationships and identifying lead accounts in the technology sector
Building long-term partnerships through strategic outreach, meetings, and solution-focused conversations
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Partnering with our recruitment team to identify, qualify, and present top-tier tech candidates
Negotiating offers, closing deals, and managing accounts through the full sales cycle
Tracking pipeline activity and reporting on sales metrics to leadership
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience in tech staffing or B2B account management (agency or client side)
A hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of technology roles and IT hiring trends
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a strong sense of ownership
