The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Toronto team and play a key role in driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering top-tier technology talent to some of the country's most recognized brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing new client relationships and identifying lead accounts in the technology sector

  • Building long-term partnerships through strategic outreach, meetings, and solution-focused conversations

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

  • Partnering with our recruitment team to identify, qualify, and present top-tier tech candidates

  • Negotiating offers, closing deals, and managing accounts through the full sales cycle

  • Tracking pipeline activity and reporting on sales metrics to leadership

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in tech staffing or B2B account management (agency or client side)

  • A hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of technology roles and IT hiring trends

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a strong sense of ownership
