What You'll Be Doing:

As a Channel Partner Manager, youll play a pivotal role in our growth by nurturing existing partnerships, and leading channel sales cycles. In parallel, youll identify, engage, and onboard new potential partners, actively seeking opportunities to drive revenue and build influence in support of Cliniconexs goals.

Your Core Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and seek out new opportunities for partnership
  • Build and grow relationships with current channel partners.
  • Actively educate and train partners to drive product awareness and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute effective sales strategies, set sales targets, establish sales promotion campaigns, and incentive programs.
  • Regularly analyze and provide feedback on channel sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel-specific marketing plans, programs, sales enablement collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Support marketing with product launches, training sessions, and marketing campaigns to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and to address concerns or escalations raised by customers or channel partners.

Some of the skills and experience that were looking for include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Track record of success in Partnerships, preferably within the Healthcare software/SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build channel sales partnerships and close sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Generally tech savvy, proficient in using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), business tools like Google Apps, and other sales-related software/tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
