Purpose of Role
To deliver exceptional massage and wellness treatments in line with five-star service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and well-being while maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) as per spa protocols and guest needs
- Conduct consultations to assess guest requirements and contraindications
- Provide personalised recommendations for aftercare and wellness
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to luxury standards
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed
- Support spa reception or other departments as required
- Participate in training and development sessions
Skills & Experience
Qualifications Ideally a qualification in Massage Therapy although training will be provided Minimum 1 year in a luxury spa or hotel environment Customer Service
High-level interpersonal and communication skills
Languages
English fluency essential; other languages a plus
Sales & Product Knowledge Familiar with spa products and up-selling techniques Core Competencies
