Position Overview: The Order and Logistics Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from order placement to delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process clients orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
• Manage accounts payable functions, including tracking outstanding invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and shipping carriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Liaising with warehouses to verify receipt of items.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and other logistics issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate project logistics.
• Scheduling Project Set Ups
• Assist with office administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
