- Participate in our Mobile Hub, where we travel to different communities across Alberta, especially areas without a CNIB office—to offer services and ensure all clients have access to the support they need.
- Assist customers in navigating the SmartLife Centre and e-commerce site.
- Recommend technology and devices that meet customer needs, providing demos and training on technology and equipment. Be able to facilitate purchase transactions through the Point-of-Sale system or online system when required.
- Develop and integrate creative programmatic strategies to engage SmartLife customers with existing and new SmartLife accessible technologies.
- Through SmartLife Centres, in-person, virtual programming, building, and maintaining customer relationships by leveraging the portfolio of CNIB accessibility products, services, and programs.
- You will represent SmartLife at all technology fairs and demonstration opportunities and, when appropriate, facilitate access to leading vendors of assistive technology.
- Monitor regional Salesforce content, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and a prompt client referral and engagement process.
- Maintain up-to-date participant files; complete all service tracking in a timely manner; participate in internal meetings; and prepare and provide reports regarding programs and activities.
