Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney. The Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks related to Family Law, including managing legal issues, motions, depositions, and providing expert legal advice. This role allows for some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

· Expertise in Law and Family Law

· Experience in handling Legal Issues, Motions, and Depositions

· Strong analytical and research skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and license to practice law in Ontario

· Previous experience in Family Law practice is preferred
