The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer for their new office in Calgary. This is a key role in their expanding practice, and the successful candidate will be integral to continuing their tradition of providing exceptional services on behalf of their clients.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Civil Litigation, including general litigation, family law & divorce, construction litigation, estates litigation, and corporate commercial litigation.
A law degree from an accredited Canadian law school and membership in good standing with an Alberta provincial law society.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A highly focused, motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial.
Preferred: A candidate with their own book of business is highly preferred to foster growth within the Calgary office.
