Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree with 5+ years in maintenance management and CMMS experience.
Valid Millwright or Electrician license
Familiar with automation and lean manufacturing processes.
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, CFIA, WHMIS) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Overview:Manage maintenance activities, schedules, repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to drive strong performance and development.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost equipment efficiency and reliability.
Oversee budgets, inventory, vendors, and ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.
