Position: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Insurance
Location: Keswick, Ontario (In-Office)

What You'll Do:
Manage and service personal lines insurance policies (renewals, endorsements, policy changes).
Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options.
Process policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
Assist with client inquiries, claims support, and policy modifications.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What You Need:
Active R.I.B.O. license (Required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in an office environment
