Position Overview:

You will work independently as a contractor, with the support of our established framework and resources.

Your Role:

• Provide expert coaching to clients, guiding them on their personal and leadership development journeys.
• Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and change.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and providing ongoing support.
• Engage in weekly online training and development with our global community.
• Use social media to connect with potential clients and share your expertise (training provided).
• Conduct client intake and assessment sessions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience.
• Deep understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Zoom and other virtual tools.
• Experience using social media for networking and professional purposes.

• Self-directed and passionate about empowering others.
