Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads — whether homeowners, developers, architects, or other stakeholders who need high-quality construction services
Sales & Pre-Construction Support: Qualify inbound inquiries, manage the early sales funnel, and help move clients from curiosity to commitment
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and pre-construction teams to craft compelling proposals, present solutions, and communicate the company's capabilities
Relationship Building: Cultivate trust with new and existing clients through thoughtful communication and a solution-oriented mindset
Proposal & Document Coordination: Assist with quote generation, service agreements, and smooth hand-offs to internal delivery teams
Market Research & Marketing Support: Stay on top of competitor activity and industry trends; contribute to marketing events, presentations, and follow-up strategies
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, estimating, and marketing to ensure the customer experience is consistent and top-tier
Must haves:
2–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or similar client-facing role
A knack for building strong relationships and communicating clearly
Tech-savvy — you're comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally have some experience using CRMs like HubSpot
A valid driver's license (some local travel may be part of the role)
A growth mindset — self-driven, resourceful, and hungry to learn
Strong organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling quotes and client info
A diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience in the construction, renovation, or design space
Event planning or marketing experience
A good sense of humour (yes, seriously — it matters here)
