The Chase Restaurant Group is a passionate team dedicated to hospitality, exceptional food, and creating memorable experiences. Known for The Chase, our renowned fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Dineen Building, we are excited to introduce a new casual dining concept on the ground floor, opening in Spring 2025. This new space will offer a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where both regulars and new guests can enjoy outstanding service and quality dining.

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the Prep Cook will be responsible for their station from prepping, cleaning, and cooking food as per recipe standards while maintaining a sanitized work area. The successful individual is passionate about the culinary industry and creating memorable dishes for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• High level of professionalism during peak service hours.
• Set up the workstation, organize ingredients, and manage inventory effectively.
• Consistently prepare assigned dishes in a fast-paced, detail-oriented kitchen.
• Meet company and kitchen standards while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Efficiently manage time to complete tasks.
• Promote and maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years experience as a Prep Cook or relevant role preferred.
• Passionate about food and hospitality, committed to delivering great guest experiences.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work long-standing shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting and pushing.
• Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
