Position: Low-Rise Window Cleaner

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Low-Rise Window Cleaner is responsible for performing exterior/interior building cleaning and maintenance functions on low-rise buildings and other structures.

Location- GTA
Schedule- Flexible, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:
•Performing exterior and/or interior cleaning for low-rise buildings and/or post-construction sites
•Comply with the Aurum's policies and procedures
•Maintaining assigned equipment, handling them with care and responsibility
•Performing tasks like caulking, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning
•Participating in required training
•Performing other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of window cleaning/cleaning experience
• Ontario's G license is a must
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Water-fed/Tucker pole experience is considered an asset
• Working at heights certification is considered an asset
• Elevated lift certification is considered an asset

Work Conditions:
•Ability to lift up to 30-50lbs
•Ability to work up to 10 feet high buildings
