Assist the Business Data Office – Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling its mandate of ingesting and maintaining static data for clients, investors and investments at MUFG. There are two positions available.

You Will:

• Complete data reconciliation and update data fields where required using client fund documents.
• Assist with regular data clean up, bulk ingestion or data migration.
• Validate data update requests and communicate missing or invalid info back to requesting user.
• Extract and/or Collect data from various structured and unstructured formats (csv, PDF, email) and ingest into appropriate system.
• Collaborate with Data Integrity & Operation to resolve data incidents and assist with data remediation efforts.
• Adhere to standard operating procedure when updating MUFG system.
• Assist in standardizing and simplifying processes for creating and maintaining client data.
• Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off where required.
• Ad hoc tasks, as required.

You Have:

Technical - Essential

• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
