OVERVIEW
Vertex is currently accepting applications for one part-time, permanent Billing Administrator to join our Sherwood Park, AB team.
CANDADIATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of direct experience required
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams is an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Exceptional organization skill
- Proficient at data entry with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding in: Knowledge of Oil & Gas, third party billing and coding
- Experience with Open Invoice
- Diploma or higher education related to accounting, business or related fields is an asset
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Independent preparation of draft invoices for approval and sign off
- Communication with customers representatives
- Resolution of delinquent accounts receivable
- Ensuring data is available and appropriately maintained
- Provides administrative support as needed
- Respond and provide support to various requests and inquires from internal team members and clients
