Compensation:

$85,000 - $167,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with potential leads consistently to increase sales opportunities
  • Work closely with buyer and seller clients to comprehend their specific home preferences and requirements in order to successfully finalize deals
  • Provide exceptional service and advice using a consultative approach to nurture strong client relationships, resulting in repeat business and referrals
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process efficiently
Qualifications:
  • In the process of obtaining a real estate license or close to completing the state exam
  • Strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
