Responsibilities:
- Assist withday-to-dayfunctionsofaccounting including accounts payable, subcontractor compliance, daily transactions and expenses
- Managemultiple high volumeelectronic mail accountsfor the accountingdepartment and distribute to appropriate divisions for approvals
- Manage and reconcile corporate credit accountsin accordance with corporate creditcardpolicy
- Communicate effectively with vendors via phone and email, always ensuring professional etiquette.
- Implement and maintain required internal controls
- Post inter-company transactionsand reconciliations
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
- Assist with month end closing and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experienceinfull cycle bookkeeping
- Experienceinjob costing is an asset
- High standard for accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellentcommunication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strongworking knowledge ofExcel, Word,SharePointandQuickBooksOnline
- Problem solver with solid analytical skills.
Compensation:$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Schedule:Full time Monday to Friday 8:00-4:00 pm
