Accounting Technician Village Auto Group

Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

If youre organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, youll fit right in!

What youll be doing:

• Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices
• Processing employee payroll
• Daily cash reports and deposits
• Bill of sale entry
• Internal auditing
• Conducting general accounting activities includingposting general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month end activities
• Administrative support to the dealership

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

• Accounting Degree or Diploma
• 3 years of experience in an accounting related role
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Proactive, energetic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with PBS software would be considered an asset
• Valid Driver's license
