Responsibilities:✔ Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada and the U.S.
✔ Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve business goals
✔ Provide expert recommendations on product selection, materials, and design
✔ Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and anticipate customer needs
✔ Collaborate with SOLAMODA's global sales team for technical support, production, and quality assurance
✔ Travel across North America to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
Education & Industry Knowledge:✔ Degree in marketing, business administration, textile engineering, sports management, or a related field
✔ Solid understanding of materials, production, and fashion trends in the outdoor apparel sector
✔ 5 to 10 years of experience in outdoor apparel, sportswear, or similar sectors
✔ Proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record in closing deals
✔ Established network of brand clients or key contacts in the industry
✔ Languages: Fluency in English is required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec. Fluency in French is a strong asset.
✔ Strong market research, data analysis, and strategic planning skills
✔ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools
✔ Valid authorization to work in Canada required
✔ Availability to travel within Canada and the U.S. for client meetings and trade shows
✔ Established industry network in Canada and the USA (a strong asset)
✔ Valid driver's license for business travel
✔ A reliable laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection to support remote work.
