About the Job:
We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with a strong interest in client service and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our clients, helping to ensure their experience is smooth, responsive, and positive. Youll also support internal teams by keeping client information organized and assisting with general administrative tasks.
About You:
Experience in customer service or office administration is preferred but not required
You have a positive attitude and are eager to learn
Strong communication skills friendly, clear, and respectful
Good organizational habits and attention to detail
Youre comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You work well independently but also enjoy being part of a team
You believe a sustainable future is possible and want to help create it
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client communications across phone, text, and email
Respond to inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and a helpful attitude
Provide general information to clients and the public about our services
Support with administrative duties like filing, photocopying, data entry
Enter and maintain accurate client information, schedules, and notes in our CRM system (training will be provided)
Helping the team with small special projects as they come up

Compensation:
Hourly ($19-22 depending on experience) with a 6-month probationary period, with intention for moving the right candidate through to a full-time permanent position based on performance. Initial compensation is based on relevant experience.
