Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee diversity and inclusion strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership on DEI initiatives and best practices.
- Conduct assessments and identify opportunities to enhance diversity across the workforce.
- Develop training programs that raise awareness and promote understanding of DEI issues.
- Analyze and report on diversity metrics to track progress and inform organizational decision-making.
- Foster relationships with external organizations and communities to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Lead the establishment of a DEI council to promote initiatives across all business units.
Requirements
- Significant experience in diversity and inclusion leadership roles, with a proven track record of implementing successful DEI strategies.
- Deep understanding of global DEI challenges and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in DEI or related fields are highly desirable.
