Our client is proud to announce an opening for the Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities. This strategic leadership role is key to our client's mission in enhancing their real estate portfolio and managing facilities across various locations. The Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate operations, including acquisition, leasing, facility management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the real estate strategy, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the acquisition and leasing processes for new properties, including negotiating terms and executing contracts.
  • Oversee facilities management operations, ensuring maximum operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives through effective real estate solutions.
  • Lead a team of real estate professionals and facility managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the real estate portfolio.
  • Ensure effective budget management and financial oversight of real estate activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, leasing agents, and municipal authorities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to real estate and facilities management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, with a strong focus on facilities management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and facilities operations.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and contract negotiations.
  • Extensive knowledge of local real estate markets, leasing practices, and regulations.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities, proficient in both written and verbal formats.
