Role Overview

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and planning projects before they are handed off to the construction team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project feasibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Budgeting & Scheduling: Create and manage pre-construction budgets and timelines.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project planning from site plan phase to initial contract issuance.
  • Design & Planning Contributions: Collaborate with design teams to optimize project execution.
  • Cost Analysis & Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with leadership, project managers, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years in pre-construction, estimating, or project coordination, preferably with high-rise residential projects.
  • Industry Background: Open to candidates from developers, builders, or construction management firms.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial, scheduling, and cost-analysis expertise.
