PTW is looking for a Shipping Administrator to work in our busy Calgary facility! This is a temporary term position working full-time hours, with potential to extend and become permanent. This is a great opportunity for a student in logistics and procurement, or if you have previous experience with logistical administration,

A Day in the Life...

• Analyzes historical shipment reports and documentation to identify areas where efficiency and/or cost-savings can be implemented
• Performs data entry into industry specific software.
• Ensures shipping/receiving documentation is correct and in accordance with company policy.
• Identifies, evaluates, and escalates potential risks that could affect project deliverables.
• Assists with other administrative and office tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Background or previous experience in logistics and procurement an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Adaptable and approaches tasks in a systematic manner

Other Requirements:

• Must have CSA approved safety boots.
• Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation.
