Were looking for a hands-on team member to join our Powder Coating Department, where youll help prep, coat, and finish aluminum parts to a high standard. This role is a great fit for someone whos reliable, detail-focused, and motivated by results. We offer production bonuses for hitting quality and output targets.

What Youll Do

You'll help prepare, coat, and inspect aluminum parts on our automated line. You'll also help keep the work area safe and running smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

• Operating powder coating equipment to apply finishes
• Prepping parts (cleaning, degreasing, masking, hanging)
• Adjusting equipment settings for proper coating coverage
• Inspecting finished parts for quality
• Performing basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Following daily schedules and team lead instructions
• Helping with other shop tasks as needed

What Youll Bring

• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the job
• Works well in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
• Follows instructions and communicates clearly
• Is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn
• Has powder coating or manufacturing experience (not requiredwell train the right person)
