Driver-Loader

Were looking for a Driver-Loader to work in our Shipping department and make sure our high-end millwork gets to job sites safely, on time, and damage-free. What Youll Do:

• Deliver With Care Load, secure, and deliver custom millwork safely and on time.
• Keep It Clean Fill out delivery paperwork and report anything thats off.
• Drive Safe, Stay Safe Follow safety rules and help us keep a strong safety culture.
• Check the Ride Do regular checks and basic maintenance on your vehicle.
• Be the Face of FCM Represent us with respect and professionalism at every job site.
• Stay Organized Keep the loading area and parking lot neat and tidy.
• Work as One Team Help out your coworkers in shipping, production, and logistics
• Step Up When Needed Pitch in wherever youre needed to help us succeed.

What You Bring:

• Experience 5+ years delivering or shipping (millwork experience is a bonus)
• Strength Can lift up to 100 lbs (this job keeps you moving)
• Tech Ready Youre good with Microsoft Office (email, documents, etc.)
• License & Clean Record Class 5 Alberta drivers license
• Dependable You show up, follow through, and get the job done
• Truck & Trailer Skills Youve handled 3-ton trucks and trailers before
• Great with People Friendly, respectful, and solid communication skills
• Team Player Youve got your crews back and always put safety first
