What You'll Be Doing:

Administrative Support & Organization

  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support in managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain documentation, goal tracking, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Coordinate special projects, research initiatives, and ad hoc requests as assigned.
  • Keep a daily pulse on the store managers' calendar and prepare any resources that may be required in advance to ensure they are always prepared and able to lead their team effectively.
  • Take meeting notes as needed and communicate these items as directed.

Communication & Coordination

  • Support coordination of internal and external events, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt, friendly, professional responses.
  • This position may be increased to include booking travel arrangements and reconciliation of company assets in the future.

  • Outgoing personality and genuine desire to build relationships with those around you.
  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability to evolving responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Long periods of sitting, typing and screen time.
  • Some bending and twisting
