Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for brand partnerships that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-level partnership agreements with top brands that drive mutual growth.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners to maximize collaboration and revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand partnership initiatives are integrated into overall marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor the performance of partnerships, leveraging data to enhance outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a key leader within the organization to advocate for brand partnership initiatives and their significance to overall growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a results-driven professional who is passionate about building partnerships that yield substantial benefits for both the organization and its partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
  • 8-12 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing high-profile partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for relationship building.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with partnership performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing principles, and market dynamics.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
