???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Strategy & Growth Optimization: Support the development and drive marketing strategies aimed at increasing estimates, building brand awareness, and encouraging repeat business. Identify and lead initiatives to optimize the performance across the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Marketing Project Execution: Lead the project management and execution of both system-wide and local marketing strategies and programs, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Collaborate with agencies and partners to drive performance in SEO, paid media, and mass media campaigns.
- Paid Media Management: Manage paid media accounts, including hands-on campaign building, optimization, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Customer Communication & Segmentation: Oversee and drive the customer communication marketing program, focusing on customer segmentation, engagement, and growth strategies. Build and optimize automated email/SMS campaigns, including nurture flows, triggered messages, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Website Optimization & Tracking: Manage and implement CMS updates for continuous website optimization and improved user experience. Implement tracking solutions, including UTM parameters, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs, to capture and analyze key data.
- Analytics & Reporting: Configure and maintain marketing attribution models across the customer journey to accurately measure channel performance. Use analytics and tracking tools to monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Proven experience in marketing strategy and the creation of a customer marketing communication program
- Proficiency in website optimization, tracking, and analytics tools.
- A data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual Salary is $ $85,000 to $100,000 (first year guarantee plus variable commission structure commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability to scale) (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
