About the role:We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Co-Marketing Manager to develop and implement brand partnerships & co-marketing programs that empower our customers to succeed. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team to create compelling co-marketing initiatives, enable partners with the right resources, and build strong relationships that drive mutual success. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of developing partner marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key outcomes for this role in the next 12 months include:
- Develop a suite of co-branded marketing assets (e.g., campaign activation kits, success stories, event content) to support 80% of top-tier partners in joint promotional efforts.
- Improve partner engagement and campaign performance tracking, resulting in a 20% increase in marketing-influenced lead generation or engagement outcomes.
- Contribute to overall brand awareness by amplifying partner success stories and joint initiatives across key channels, driving an increase in partner-led traffic to veritree's website.
- You will develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with veritree's customers to drive engagement and expand veritree's visibility.
- You will create co-branded assets—including case studies, success stories, and advocacy content—that highlight shared success and elevate veritree's credibility in the market.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and veritree customers to amplify joint initiatives and position veritree as a trusted climate tech leader.
- You will support ongoing partner engagement efforts that strengthen relationships and turn customers into brand champions.
- You will coordinate with Product Marketing to educate customers and partners on new features, use cases, and best practices—reinforcing veritree's value proposition.
- You will track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of partner campaigns on brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- You will plan and host webinars, virtual events, and in-person activations to showcase partner achievements, thought leadership, and veritree's impact.
- You will leverage marketing automation tools to scale programs efficiently and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- You will design and implement referral and advocacy programs to inspire partners to share their experience and organically grow veritree's presence.
Requirements
Professional Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, customer marketing, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of joint marketing initiatives, co-branding strategies, and customer advocacy.
- Strong content creation skills for social media, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Proven track record of developing successful partner marketing programs and driving channel revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and channel sales dynamics.
- Experience with partner marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

A typical hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
