Job Summary
As an Accountant on our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing key transactional functions, including bank reconciliations, vendor management, payables, and general ledger support. You will be expected to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring that all transactions are classified correctly and processed in a timely manner.

- Financial Transaction Management
- Month-End and Quarter-End Closing Support
- Accounts Payable and Expense Oversight
- Financial Reporting and Data Integrity
- Cross-Departmental Financial Collaboration
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts.
- Classify and post financial transactions accurately across multiple accounts and departments.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closing activities, including journal entries under the direction of the Controller.
- Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Support the Finance team with data integrity, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining financial records.
- Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, and recurring payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial information aligns with company operations.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and other special projects as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
