Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, identify their needs, and provide accurate parts solutions to minimize downtime.

Diagnostic Know-How: Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to confidently identify and source the correct parts.

Tech-Savvy: Use inventory management software and digital parts catalogs to efficiently locate, order, and track parts.
Special Order Management: Handle special orders from start to finish—place requests, follow up proactively, and notify customers as soon as their parts arrive.
Merchandising Displays: Contribute to visually appealing in-store displays that highlight new arrivals, seasonal features, and promotional items.

Promotional Support: Drive sales by promoting current dealership specials and manufacturer campaigns to customers.
Shipping/Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and properly stock product. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
Customer Care: Foster a friendly and helpful atmosphere that ensures every customer leaves satisfied and supported.
RequirementsEducation: Journeyperson Parts Technician designation is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Parts department. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset.
Technical Skills: Experience using online inventory systems and standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office and other browser-based programs, along with a demonstrated understanding of sales processes.
People-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience connecting with customers in a professional setting.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, ability to be adaptable, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking.
Valid Driver's License: You'll need this for parts deliveries.
