For this role's duties and responsibilities, we anticipate that you'll work in the office every other week for three consecutive days, blending flexibility with teamwork.
???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes and optimize workflows, boosting efficiency across the Commercial Sales team.
- Tech Stack Management: Act as a subject matter expert for sales technologies (Salesforce, Tableau, ZoomInfo, Genesys, Front, DocuSign, etc.), identifying and prioritizing enhancements or fixes that add the most value.
- Training & Change Management: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions to support system, platform, and process adoption, ensuring stakeholders are equipped for success.
- Continuous Learning: Develop and maintain learning programs and resources to support the onboarding and ongoing development of Commercial Sales team members.
- Project Execution: Support and facilitate strategic projects from ideation to implementation, measuring impact through ROI and adoption rates.
- Sales Plays & Incentive Programs: Optimize sales rep plays and oversee the National Account Lead Incentive program to drive high-quality commercial leads.
- Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a feedback loop between stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across departments.
???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary $50,000 - $56,000 per annum, plus up to 10k bonus! (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
