Job Title: Meat Cutter

Job Summary: Meat Cutters are responsible for cutting and preparing meat and fish, serving customers, and carrying out additional duties as directed by the department manager. The ideal candidate will have three years of meat cutting experience and all applicants must be able to legally work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all standards for quality, freshness, sanitation and food safety;
• Cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat;
• Safely operating tools and equipment;
• Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays;
• Providing excellent customer service;
• Additional tasks and duties as requested by supervisor; and
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
