We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Schema App's marketing team is focused on driving demand, engaging prospects, and enabling sales through targeted, data-driven campaigns. The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting this mission by managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, streamlining campaign workflows, and ensuring accurate, consistent data across all channels. This role will also support campaign execution, analyze performance, and deliver insights to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Purpose of the Role
Enable predictable and scalable marketing lead performance through data, systems, execution, and process optimization.
Role Accountabilities
- Marketing Technology & Website Management: Manage the marketing tech stackincluding HubSpot, Wordpress, Lucky Orange, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and supporting toolsensuring systems are maintained and functioning smoothly to support scalable marketing execution. Design, build, and publish landing pages and campaign-related website updates (i.e., updating events, adding popups, etc.), ensuring strong user experience, alignment with branding, and effective lead capture. Coordinate with developers or vendors for backend changes or larger updates.
- Campaign Operations & Execution: Design, build, and launch lifecycle marketing email campaigns, landing pages, forms, lead scoring and nurture workflowsensuring timely delivery, segmentation accuracy, consistent branding, flawless user experience, and performance tracking.
- Data Management & Performance Reporting: Maintain clean, accurate marketing and CRM data. Build reports in HubSpot or GA4 to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, attribution, lead flow, and marketings impact on the pipeline. Utilize data and insights to help the team make data-informed decisions and optimize performance across the funnel. Evaluate and optimize key conversion points across the website, events, landing pages, and nurture programs. Recommend improvements and run A/B tests to increase conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
- Lead Management & Attribution: Manage the entire lead journeyfrom lead capture to qualification to sales handoff. Design and manage lead scoring, nurture programs, lifecycle stages, and multi-touch attribution models to improve lead qualification, sales alignment, and performance tracking. Ensure forms are working properly at all times, leads are segmented accurately, nurture programs are progressing every lead through the lead lifecycle stages appropriately with the right triggers and actions in place. Ensure qualified leads are routed to sales in a timely, accurate manner.
- Conversion Optimization: Evaluate and optimize key conversion points across the website, events, landing pages, and nurture programs. Recommend improvements and run A/B tests to increase conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
Key Competencies
- Technical Aptitude Understand how marketing systems connect and can confidently navigate tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Proficiency in HubSpot. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Keen Eye for Design Ability to create aesthetically pleasing email templates and website landing pages in accordance with brand guidelines
- Critical Thinking Ability to use data to diagnose issues, find root causes, and make process or tool improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or demand generation.
- Experience working in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
