Role Overview:


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end design process, from understanding user requirements to crafting high-fidelity interfaces, while adhering to the overall creative vision and brand guidelines established by the Creative Director. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing designs that align with both business goals and user needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Translate complex business requirements and user scenarios into clear and effective user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience that adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI style guides and design systems.
  • Work closely with the creative director, product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring design specifications are understood and implemented accurately.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for review.
  • Ensure all designs are accessible and adhere to relevant accessibility guidelines.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-3 years as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products and user flows.
  • Ability to translate complex scenarios into simple, user-friendly designs that adhere to brand guidelines
  • Proficiency in design software and wireframing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout, and a strong understanding of brand application.
  • Experience working with vector graphics and producing web-ready SVG files.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.

Compensation Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $75,000-$88,120annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
