About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Integration & Automation Specialist to join our growing team at Meera.ai. In this client-facing role, you will play a critical part in helping our customers seamlessly integrate Meera with their existing systems, including CRMs, automation tools, and internal APIs.
Youll be responsible for designing reliable system-to-system integrations, explaining Meeras API and webhook capabilities to client tech teams, and ensuring successful onboarding ideally in the fewest client calls possible. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical support, and automation engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n
- Build and manage CRM integrations with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and other popular CRMs
- Develop, test, and maintain API-based integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth2
- Interact directly with client tech teams to explain Meeras API documentation, webhook functionality, and integration best practices
- Join client onboarding calls and lead the technical side of the integration process, aiming to complete onboarding in minimum client interactions
- Gather technical requirements, build custom solutions, and ensure smooth data exchange between Meera and client systems
- Troubleshoot integration-related issues using tools like Postman, browser dev tools, and server logs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities based on real-world customer feedback
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, guides, and API examples for client and internal use
Required Skills & Experience
- 34 years of experience in integration engineering, workflow automation, or technical client support
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Webhooks, and REST API integrations
- Familiarity with at least two major CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proficiency with Postman and understanding of API authentication (OAuth2, bearer tokens)
- Working knowledge of Laravel (PHP) and MySQL for debugging and system understanding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working directly with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, n8n, or Integromat
- Exposure to customer support systems like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Experience working in a SaaS, startup, or enterprise integration environment
- Ability to visualize and map complex data workflows between platforms
