Parks Foundation is seeking a part-time Accounting Administrator to complete accounting entries and provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits and accounts receivable using accounting software systems (Sage)
- Update and maintain donor and constituent information within donation management software (eTapestry)
- Reconcile, review, and update financial accounts to ensure accuracy
- Organize and complete filing of accounting and program-related records
- Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Administration, or a related field
- Previous office experience, ideally in an accounting or administrative role
- Experience with accounting software (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated attention to detail and mathematical abilities
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and other office duties
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Location and Work Hours:
This role will be 2 days per week, within our regular office hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role will primarily operate from our office at 225 13 Avenue SW. Flexibility in hours and occasional weekend/evening work may be required based on project needs.
