Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the capital program framework and stage gate checklists in alignment with evolving Airport Construction Code requirements, client expectations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews of ongoing projects to assess adherence to governance processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Provide oversight and guidance on contract compliance, ensuring that all project activities align with contractual obligations, risk frameworks, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, planners, and cost leads to identify and mitigate non-compliance risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Support the continuous improvement of governance and compliance strategies based on audit findings, stakeholder feedback, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed compliance reports and recommendations for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- A recognized degree in project management, program management, engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a project governance or compliance lead role on large-scale infrastructure or international airport projects.
- Strong understanding of capital program delivery models, governance frameworks, and stage gate processes.
- Member of a recognized professional institution (e.g., PMI, PEO, APM, RICS).
- Project management certifications such as PMP, P.Eng., or equivalent are considered strong assets.
- Demonstrated experience conducting audits, managing compliance risks, and reporting to senior leadership and/or clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with infrastructure programs in highly regulated environments (aviation, transportation, etc.) is highly desirable.
