The Partner Sales & Enablement Manager is responsible for optimizing partner engagement and driving the success of our channel and partnership programs. This role combines strategic innovation with operational execution, focusing on partner enablement, training, analytics, and sales performance.
The ideal candidate will help drive partner adoption of tools and strategies that improve sales and enhance overall partner relationships. By developing impactful training programs and leveraging data-driven insights, this individual will play a pivotal role in scaling our partner ecosystem and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development- Design and deliver dynamic training programs for the sales team, focusing on product expertise, industry trends, and SaaS-specific sales strategies.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging, high-impact training materials.
- Develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and resources that showcase Paystone's unique value propositions.
- Ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date, relevant content at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and incorporate best practices for SaaS sales.
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic solutions.
- Conduct call reviews, provide coaching, and deliver training aligned with the sales process.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies to boost team productivity and effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the sales tech stack.
- Strengthen alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to driving revenue.
- Establish clear communication channels to share insights, updates, and best practices across teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales enablement.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
