Job Title: Manager of Data Integration
Job Description:
As the Manager of Data Integration, you will join our book of record technology team to oversee the onboarding of new clients, support existing clients, and integrate third-party systems via APIs, FIX, and ETL files. Leading a team of Developers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), you will enhance our integration layer while leveraging your deep knowledge of the brokerage industry and trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with Portfolio Managers, Introducing Brokers, and technology partners.
Lead enhancements to REST APIs and ETL processes.
Define onboarding strategies for new clients and integration plans for technology platforms.
Ensure platform configuration aligns with onboarding strategies.
Identify system gaps and manage them through the project intake process.
Validate the accuracy of converted client data and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Oversee business tasks, mock conversions, and pre/post-validation according to execution plans.
Support the sales team by engaging with prospects to provide information and recommendations.
Supervise data mapping and validation report creation.
What You Will Bring:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL.
Experience developing lightweight APIs and utilizing advanced Source Control features.
Familiarity with the FIX protocol and order flow.
Proven experience managing large integrations and data conversion projects.
Professional Experience:
Must have 10+ years in a similar role within the brokerage or securities financial industry..
Must have experience with clearing book of record systems. (ISM, BPS, Dataphile, RPM R-Broker, Univeris, TorStone, FIS, WinFund, VieFUND, )
o An extensive understanding of the clearing firms, brokerage industry, brokerage operations, CIRO regulations.

Willingness to work 3 days per week onsite ( Downtown Toronto, 5 minutes walking distance from Union Station)
