**This is an in-office position. Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM**
Responsibilities:
Manage Portfolio: Build and grow your book of business through proactive B2B cold calling and relationship management.
Identify Opportunities: Seek new business, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue by offering tailored freight solutions.
Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide cost-effective solutions aligned with their goals.
Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and expand your client base through effective outreach.
Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Key Attributes:
Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or at least 1 year of logistics or transportation industry experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in Outlook and Word and CRMs.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent value and service.
Motivation & Attitude: Highly driven with a proactive, go-getter mindset and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
