Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The successful applicant will have fluent verbal and written communication in English and possess a valid driver's license in Ontario. Please note that this is not a live-in position.Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized home environment by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping floors, and polishing surfaces.
• Drive for the purpose of errands and childcare pick ups and drop offs.
• Clean all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning appliances, countertops, and dishes.
• Maintain clean patio, cabana and garage areas which include sweeping of areas and watering of plans as needed.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes.
• Manage household supplies, including ordering and stocking cleaning products and other necessities.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Prepare and cook meals and snacks as required. Knowledge and understanding of food safety and food allergies is critical due to nut allergy in the household
• Assist with preparations for special events hosted at the house.
• Assist with errands and other household tasks as needed.

Expectations for Experience and Qualifications for role:

• Ability to work independently
• Proof of Eligibility to Work in Canada Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid G Class Driver's license in Ontario, with a preference owning a personal vehicle for use at work.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper or in a related role
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Demonstrable organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong Verbal and Written English communication

Compensation

• Hourly wage range of $25 - $27 per hour on a 40-44 hour work week
• Optional Medical / Dental Benefits plan upon completion of 3 months probation
