Seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager in the Leamington area to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. Reporting to the CMO, this role will oversee marketing communications, advertising, promotions, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies using digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
- Support sales initiatives and coordinate new product launches.
- Lead trade show planning and industry partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and key metrics.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for marketing activities.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of market segmentation, digital marketing, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives.
- Flexible work hours based on business needs; travel may be required.
