Position Overview

To support Cascadia's continued growth and expansion into new markets, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing and external communications for the firm. This is a hybrid position, with the candidate based in either our Vancouver or Victoria office.

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving these efforts by developing and executing marketing and lead generation campaigns, coordinating the firm's proposal development process, supporting client deliverables to ensure that they are professional and aligned with our firm's high standards. Additionally, the candidate will provide support on consulting projects as needed to help enhance the team's capacity.

Requirements

The Marketing Manager will perform the following activities:

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, social media) and offline (trade shows, conferences, events) to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Oversee and maintain the firm's website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and up-to-date with relevant content.

Proposal Development & Project Management

  • Coordinate the proposal process including managing timelines, coordinating with consulting leads, and ensuring proposals are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Working with consulting leads to develop standout proposals that clearly articulate Cascadia Partners' value proposition for new and existing clients.

Client Deliverables Support

  • Assist project teams in finalizing client deliverables, ensuring reports, presentations, and other materials are polished and professionally designed.
  • Provide design support to consulting teams as needed to ensure all client-facing documents meet the firm's high-quality standards.

The Manager of Marketing will be proficient with the following tools & skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating professional templates, layouts, and diagrams. Graphic design experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences in both verbal and written formats.
  • Experience in managing a website, social media accounts, and digital campaigns, including SEO and content management.
  • Demonstrable teamwork and relationship development skills.
  • Strong project management skills.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • A business degree or MBA is preferred.
