Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement lessons that align with the school's curriculum, incorporating differentiated instruction to meet the varying needs of students

- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience

- Monitor student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents

- Collaborate with other educators and school staff to support a cohesive and comprehensive education program

- Establish and maintain open communication with parents, keeping them updated on their child's progress and addressing any concerns

- Encourage students' critical thinking skills and foster a love for learning

- Perform additional duties such as supervising student activities, participating in school events, and attending professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field

- Valid state teaching license or certification

- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching elementary students

- Strong understanding and application of Islamic values and principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
