You will
- Assist with the coordination of a variety of existing internal and external corporate communications initiatives, including:
- Anthems social media: support with content creation and drafting and scheduling posts, monitor comments and mentions, track growth and engagement metrics.
- Anthems corporate website: Update with the latest Anthem-related media articles/news.
- Anthems Google business accounts: Monitor reviews and make profile updates as needed.
- Create slideshow of content for internal screens across all offices.
- Assist in drafting/posting internal Anthem News updates
- Assist in the procurement and distribution of Anthems swag.
- Copywriting support, as needed. - Coordinate reports, presentations and surveys as needed
- Assist team members with general office administration, CRM, meeting prep, couriers, invoicing and updatingofcommunications collateral and processes.
- Provide support for Anthems Giving team, including volunteerism coordination and tracking.
You have
- Currently enrolled and working towards a Degree/Diploma in Communications, and/or a related field
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier) for basic applications is a bonus
- Good understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills.
- The drive to do what it takes to get the best work done.
