What You'll Be Doing:

- Brand Strategy & Campaigns: Bring our hotel's 7-star service brand strategy to life and roll out impactful yearly marketing plans.
- Content Creation: Oversee email campaigns, social media content calendars, and social campaign execution, ensuring every post, story, and email reflects our brand voice and persona.
- Digital Advertising: Work your magic managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, PPC, Display, Social, and Programmatic Ads via tools like Sojern and KODDI.
- Public Relations: Find cool PR opportunities and coordinate activities that enhance our marketing strategy-innovative ideas welcome!
- Google & Advertising: Monitor and optimize Google Ads, tracking pixels, and campaign analytics to keep hitting those marketing sweet spots.
- Design Wrangling: Oversee the creative design process, ensuring the final approvals are on point and align with our Canalta standards.
- Collaboration & Support: Host strategy calls, support campaigns across properties, and ensure our branding always shines bright.
- Reporting: Compile clear, insightful monthly reports to share with our hotels and executive operations team
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
We're looking for someone who knows marketing and is a natural collaborator. You'll need to tick a few boxes:
Must-have Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, plus 5 years of hotel sales and marketing experience, OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, with 2 years of professional experience in marketing or sales.
Skills We'll Love:
- Pro at putting together creative, compelling campaigns that resonate.
- Confident in juggling multiple digital tools (Google, Meta, SalesForce and analytics tracking must be your thing).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and always thinking outside the box. (Bonus points if you think inside the box when packing the perfect suitcase for a weekend getaway!)
